The things we learned in this class is more than skills. What I've learned,is the importance of communication and cooporation.
We've got a lot of projects everyday. Most of them are teamwork.
It doesn't mean that we can't do it ourselves. Of course we can do it individually. But it will take much more time if we don't have a partner. And When we do those project with others, we not only deal with our own idea, we have to deal with more idea. Our partners' idea might inspire us and then we have new ideas. We have to make sure we understand each other clearly and have ability to integrate our idea.And when we integrate our idea, we might have different opinions about that. We need to deal with it and find out a solution that we can all accept.
After 1 years, 5 years, even 10 years, I might forgot the projects I've done with my teammates. But things I'll keep remeber is how I first try to communicate and cooporate with so many people who are strangers to me.
